Refund Policy

Returns**

We are proud to offer a 14 day Returns policy on all website orders for stock items. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, just return it to us within 14 calendar days of purchase (we recommend using a traceable service ii).

Goods should be returned in their original packaging, in a sale-able condition. i  

Please note that the return carriage costs are paid by you. We will then exchange the goods or give a full refund – no questions or worry.

** Returns policy applies only to orders placed online at www.face-covers.ie on items that we keep in stock.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Items in Stock

If you are not 100% satisfied with our stock items, you can simply return your item to our warehouse within 30 calendar days for a complete refund.

  • i.Place the item back in its original packaging.

REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE DELIVERY NOTE YOU RECEIVED WITH YOUR ORDER.

  • ii. We highly recommend using a courier with a tracking service or An Post’s Registered Post to return your items, as items that don’t reach us cannot be refunded and you can track your returns.
  • iii. Once the packaged is received at face-covers.ie, we will fully refund your Credit Card (it may take a couple of days for the funds to reach your account).
